      Avantages

      Good benefits and pay. They had pride in the work they did and everyone was very professional

      Inconvénients

      Mismanagement and the "boys club" led to the downfall of the company. After the stock plummeted, they were sold.

      Avantages

      Opportunities to work on some exciting projects. Some of the consultants are top shelf, and have an impressive book of business.

      Inconvénients

      Some of the consultants, especially those from the older Christian & Timbers culture are completely self centered, selfish, about themselves, and lack any real sense of honesty and integrity. Booking and dumping of searches is far too common, and a 80pct completion rate is not something to go boast about.
