      Avantages

      Good money,benefits etc. Can go out immediately and make the money it takes some with degrees to have.

      Inconvénients

      Layoffs other than that your terminal managers are going to determine how good or bad your work life will be. Just don't get hurt or break a rule ever cuz the wrath of God is coming down on ya.

      Great pay and benefits PTO

      Inconvénients

      Long hours and terrible work environment Training is inadequate On call 24/7 with only 2hr notice No holiday pay for road jobs Newer guys/ low seniority never know where they are going to work week to week No overtime potentially if on long mileage run and will still work 12 hours Very stressful job with a lot of responsibility Lots of time away from home and never have a consistent sleep schedule
