      The pay is overall good for the area, better than average 401k match

      Inconvénients

      No flexibility, terrible office, higher ups only care about themselves. Worried more about short term profit than long term profit. No work life balance

      Good pay and benefits every day is different.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, tedious job, can be boring. Being away from home for multiple days at a time. Must be avaliable for on call work 24/7.
