      Avantages

      Lots of opportunities for growth and movement. Once you work for CSC it is hard not to find a position in many different areas of the country and the world.

      Inconvénients

      A huge management corp with a great deal of emphasis on project management. Unfortunately it seems that the PM's aren't the best at staying on top of/accomplishing the projects without major issues.

      Avantages

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Inconvénients

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
