      Avantages

      Can offer a wide range of opportunities, many of which can be performed remotely. Company has global reach. Current management has completed many streamlining activities to cut to costs which has resulted in a substantial increase in stock price over the past the few years.

      Inconvénients

      Employee engagement is low and is not seen as a high corporate priority. The industry is very competitive and controlling labor costs is a major factor to meet financial goals. Employee morale is low.

      Avantages

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Inconvénients

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
