      Avantages

      nice new office building, free coffee at the office, free stationery, some very experienced colleagues

      Inconvénients

      inefficient business process, bad IT infrastructure, terrible communication inside the company, lots of office politics, some very incompetent people get to stay here or even promoted due to high staff turnover, strange culture that is hyperfocused on chargeability but not interested in improving the quality of service, managers not motivated to solve the problems within the company as long as they can find duct tapers.

      Avantages

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Inconvénients

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
