      Avantages

      There are no pros here.

      Inconvénients

      Micromanagement on everything-even the use of scripts! Unrealistic expectations and things are either their way or no way. Only still here because of the pandemic during which I am not keen on looking for a new role.

We have a system that has proven to be very successful that includes some of the best training in the industry and it does include scripts. We discuss this in our interviews also. Happy New Year!

      Avantages

      Very friendly staff, they really help you find great positions that they believe you will be successful in. The staff seems to care about their clients when trying to place you at a company.

      Inconvénients

      Overall there’s nothing to complain about.. but if I had to say something it would be.. maybe they should give you a bonus if you sign on to a job.. idk I think if u do a great job at a company you should get more than a pizza party at the new company.
