      There are many talented and skilled individuals who have great intentions

      Inconvénients

      Those talented and skilled individuals are not running the company. Instead the organization is flailing about trying to find a strategy that sticks. This creates a state of constant change and fear, which results in a lack of focus and failure to deliver meaningful results.

      Owner and COO have engineering backgrounds. They are very engaged in driving the development and improvements in the core product. All Remote Work (to date) Small, multicultural, internationally-disbursed team

      Inconvénients

      Not for you if you require a lot of structure, routine, or existing SOP resources [to date] to guide you through the work. Requires a lot of documentation as we work. No hoodies (to date)

      Startup, easy to get to know every coworker

      Inconvénients

      CEO cares more about eating lunch for over an hour than their employees. A lot of bugs with their software and wasn't really trying to fix them. A lot of downtime
