      Really innovative and interesting projects and Amazing collegues. The working atmosphere is very nice.

      Inconvénients

      Not all the people speak a good english. The coffee area is very small and in front of the toilette

      Avantages

      Friendly environment; diversity of projects; majority of projects are very interesting., good until 30/35, the experience you develop can be easily repelled in other company, specially abroad.

      Inconvénients

      Excessive fragmentation in the activities; not possibile to grow and mature wit ha clear professional role ; career path simply does not exists; sometimes projects are really "small".

      governance structure rewards stability and low-risk against growth and opportunity. thus there are few internal paths for professional growth
