Great place to work with a really good team of people - its a rapidly growing business with loads of great opportunities. I worked as a sales account manager and it was a very busy, fast-paced environment - with the market for renewable energy exploding, there are so many opportunities to make sales and the salary+OTE is excellent and more than fair - exceeded my expectations by some distance. Sales in CCL are not an unpleasant hard-sell type, you genuinely get to know your customers and understand how they work, so stock management, customer service and even project management to an extent are more important than pushing any particular products. The other staff benefits are good and they place achievable targets on the sales employees. The facilities are great, nice canteen area, everything is always clean and tidy, and one of the offices has recently been renovated and is very modern. Also worked hybrid WFH 2 days a week and management were always very flexible and understanding. Would recommend a position at CCL to anyone considering a role.
