      Avantages

      - WFH flexibility - Amazing new Fulton Market HQ in Chicago

      Inconvénients

      - Refresh the management team in some areas meaning get rid of the toxic managers stuck in their old ways. There are a lot of managers that shouldn't be due to lack of experience, communication, and vision. - Improve work culture. For a company that made so much money during the pandemic, this company can do so much better. -

      Remote work before it was popular. If you travel a lot fancy dinners and an essentially unlimited alcohol tab

      Inconvénients

      An extremely sexist company. Not only in pay structure but in practice. You had to be part of the old boys drinking club to get ahead. I left after filing a sexual harassment claim and was asked if I only filed it because I was unhappy and they knew my anonymous responses. The person who harassed me was fired but only because it was caught on video, I left shortly after.
