Avantages
1. Good Pay 2. Flexible working hours 3. WFH very flexible depending on which project and the manager 4. Awesome location in downtown 5. Very nice co - workers it depends too 6. Stable industry 7. Good for entry level/ lot of things to learn and new technologies
Inconvénients
1. No Direction 2. Chaotic Process - No process in doing any things. 3. Mammoth favoritism and promotions to inner circles and buddy systems 4. New re organisation is totally disaster and many people ran away and still they do things on their own way. 5. Long working hours 6. No place for design discussions 7. House cleaning every Christmas holidays. That's a holiday gift management should be ashamed of themselves of doing this thing. 8. No or Zero clarity in career paths unless you are under very few people. 9. More managers and Directors than developers. The ratio of managers and developers was 1:1 in my team . 10. Developer does all things requirement/coding/testing/qa testing/moves to various environments/production issues/long productions nights 11. Zero QA help.
