Avantages
Downtown is a great area to work in. You are close to many shopping areas to get out of the very political workplace.
Inconvénients
Management does not exist. No management training. Hire and Fire. Nothing is documented so you have to figure it out by yourself. Since half the company was just down sized, there is nobody that even understands how things work. Morale is very low. Was told that it use to be much better here a while back. They are looking to launch an IPO so they have cut everything to the bone.
