      A large corporation that offers a vast varety of experience and opportunity to learn from others that have been in the industry for a long time.

      Inconvénients

      CBRE is always trying to keep ahead of the curve. In turn you are constantly having to change the way you do everyday operations and work with new equipment that is full of glitches.

      Avantages

      Benefits, pay, work/life balance. Support moving around within the company. A large corporation, but humane. Very professional, employees are at the top of their game.

      Inconvénients

      Departments are siloed. Not much personality or heart. Top down emphasis is on selling a product, room for improvement on progressing and prioritizing their data.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Inconvénients

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
