Avantages
This company was the absolute best to work for. The owners were still heavily involved in the vision and operation, and you could tell they really cared about who they worked with. Lots of gender diversity in the leadership, lots of different backgrounds to bring different ideas to the table. You can tell they really care about their people.
Inconvénients
Sometimes it was challenging to get things going and move into new systems, everything was very thoughtful before implementing which creates for a stable business but sometimes competitors moved faster.
