Avantages
For me, it was location within London and proximity to my home. Most of general admin and ops staff are good to work with and are care for each other. I was never in the office :)
Inconvénients
The working conditions are bad to poor with office areas, kitchens, Loo and ops areas. The office conditions at the 2nd site was negligent for some time, still without address, as no managers work there. Out of sight, out of mind. Most staff seem stressed most of the time and in fear of the management and losing their jobs. It would seem the worst you are at your job or work the more likely to be promotion or paid more. Little training for office admin people. If you do say something your shot down. The business plans seem never to work out or change without notice and people roles, change without their knowledge.
