Inconvénients

Management quality and team culture can be uneven, and the employee experience may vary significantly by manager and team. Expectations are not always clearly defined, yet the bar remains very high, which can make performance standards feel difficult to navigate. Transparency and consistency in people decisions do not always appear strong, especially during periods of organizational change. There have also been concerns across different teams about possible “quiet layoff” patterns, where some departures appear to be framed as performance-based rather than communicated more transparently.
