      Old boys club. School is not run by Superintendent. Staff is hired by word of mouth, no selective interviews.

      Pay and schedule. Benefits are good

      Inconvénients

      Upper management is pure evil. There is a lot of bad stuff they are hiding and boy if you say something you will be crucified. All those smiling happy people turn on you hard. The mental stress this place has caused me is unreal.
