      Avantages

      Sort of ok equipment. Decent times to get loaded and out of the yard. Industry standard pay.

      Inconvénients

      VERY poor management. Next to zero accountability. No concept of personal time. Not willing to give pay raises. No acknowledgment of achievements. No chances or offers of lateral movement in the company. Poor training. Regular refusal for doctor appointments or needing to leave early after giving 1 -2 weeks notice. Time off during inclement weather takes away your vacation time then your sick time.

Burnout Risk: The rigorous pacing on major initiatives can make it difficult to prioritize personal time and maintain a sustainable, healthy life balance.
