The culture discourages collaboration; you’re expected to keep your head down and work like a robot. PTO is minimal (5 days total for sick, vacation, and personal), making work-life balance almost impossible. Think twice before joining—if you value respect, mentorship, and a healthy work environment, better opportunities exist elsewhere.
