      There are no pros to working here other than you are paid - which the compensation is well below average.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership/Ownership does not care about the wellbeing of their employees and only makes choices that benefit themselves.

      No gas cost (company vehicle) Low hours Easy to schedule time off Isolated outdoor work Technician CE hours are weekly/monthly

      Inconvénients

      Pay is subpar Turnover rate is impressively high. Learn new names every quarter. Unpreventable reservices CSRs (uneducated, some even In a different country) actively schedule services they aren't trained on Employee moral is LOW including management who are visibly drained Raises are nonexistent.
