One of the standout benefits of working here is the permanent Work From Home (WFH) policy. While the company is growing, there has been a noticeable decline in the quality of annual increments. Despite receiving positive performance ratings, the financial rewards often don't align, and the explanations provided by leadership lack transparency. Additionally, there has been a trend of scaling back employee perks—such as gym access and reductions in WFH reimbursements. Furthermore, the lack of timely hardware refreshes (e.g., not issuing new laptops) makes it difficult to maintain peak efficiency. These cumulative cuts are starting to impact overall employee sentiment and long-term commitment.
