      Compensation is the only positive.

      A strictly “By the Book” working culture. Company doesn’t believe in innovation or out of box thinking anymore. Just say yes to everything and you will excel but if you happen to be person who wants to break the sealing or do more, be prepared for cold treatment by management. You can say good bye to career progression. If you ask questions, expect to be treated as trouble maker.

      Soulless corporate structure and demands. Broadcom acquired the company I worked for and drastically increased prices immediately, alienating well over 50% of our customers.
