      Avantages

      They took over with an strange thirst to destroy anything related to VMware

      Inconvénients

      The organizational culture that made VMware unique and special was completely destroyed under Broadcom. It was a real shame to see the whole acquisition unfold before your eyes and there was nothing that could have been be done.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
