      Inconvénients

      engineers' bonus keeps going down while top managers' jumped a lot. incentive and morale deteriorate year over a year.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
