      one can be involved in many different topics and is not assigned forever to the same tasks

      Inconvénients

      that company has not yet understood the importance of the software. If you come from an electrical engineering background you will be fine. But for someone from a computer science background you can be disgusted having to deal with such crap code

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
