      Good work environment. Good pay scales including bonus and RSUs

      Inconvénients

      More simultaneous projects which makes it hectic many times. Not all BUs have this kind of work schedules. you need to be in right BU :)

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
