Avantages
-Cutting edge tech for a very small segment of customers. -Easy to work with people across the company. -Marketing department puts out great content.
Inconvénients
-Delusional leadership wants to go after upmarket customers with a small market system. -Not ready for the big leagues. System is lacking in capabilities for its target customers. -There is literally no plan or organizational support for sales. Throw enough stuff at the wall and see what sticks. -CEO micromanages sales. Very uncomfortable and disconnected to reality on the ground. -
