Avantages
If you love working in the event industry Bright is the best place to start or continue your career. There is never usually a work/life balance in events, but at Bright management is very involved to make sure team members aren't overworked or burning out. The team member's well being and safety are always first. During COVID they kept in touch with all employees that were furloughed, providing communication, dropping off masks made in our warehouse, and having a holiday drive through with a gift. We are a family and look out for each other. We have fun here!
Inconvénients
It's a fast paced environment and that is not for everyone. Work/life balance in events is tough, but Bright makes it a priority to make sure work is spread out between team members so everyone has a good balance.
