Great caliber of talent! Very supportive and as a result very successful. Senior Management very approachable.I would recommend working here. (see cons though) Good Work Life Balance, they are very upfront about the client's needs. There are times that you will need to work more on site in the beginning of a project. As always the management team is up front about what is needed.
Inconvénients
Unfortunately, allocation of resources is still a "who you know" basis. The hiring plan changed late last year and many contractors who became employees where left without work. The hiring decisions are somewhat subjective. The hiring pool is required to check in every week. Sometimes there is a response, when there is it's a nothing right now...
