Perspective commerciale
Avantages
I was with the company for over 3 years and was continually asked to bend to meet their needs. This flexibility has made me a better person and enhanced my skillset. I have no complaints about Leadership. It is my understanding that I was laid off due to financial issues and I only wish them the best in getting that figured out so they can maintain their business.
Inconvénients
I believe some decisions are made hastily without fully taking the time to understand how they will affect the company in the future. Everything is reactionary. Constantly shifting priorities makes it hard to create alignment.
