      Avantages

      - Great people who are doing the best they can under leadership - employee swag in lieu of bonuses. - New CEO (comes with 10% layoffs so far)

      Inconvénients

      - No planning. - No cohesive efforts - No bonuses (unless you exceed ridiculous goals that the market will obviously not support such as 30% growth during a pandemic)

      Avantages

      Nice offices. Some senior managers are very nice, generous and extremely approachable. The newer ones are not so kind.

      Inconvénients

      Poor communication style. No promotion prospects, with internal qualified candidates overlooked.
