- Degradation of core product, and other Activation tech solution is highly technical to implement, with low probability of success. - Core product also has a steep learning curve, so client onboarding / support is high touch due to lower average user engagement. - High reliance on support/success and consulting services to keep clients satisfied, and these teams are under resourced / over-worked with a high turnover. - Top heavy organisational structure. Far too many Chiefs/VPs involved in decision making process to gain approval on anything, or keeping them involved delays execution compromising for calendar clashes. - Stagnant revenue growth, restricting career progression. You quickly reach a glass ceiling that can't be exceeded due to a lack of revenue/portfolio growth as business cannot warrant expansion of head count.
