Has no pros, HR people are damn rude, few people understands that they know everything.
Inconvénients
Bad company policies, people are getting half salaries without any reason. Paycut, No increment, ask u to attend late night call like 1 Am or 2 Am. You will be asked to come office on weekends. Toxic work environment.
