The management's primary focus seems to be squeezing as much work as possible out of staff without any regard for their well-being or work-life balance. Overworked Employees: The workload is overwhelming, and there is no consideration for reasonable working hours. Expect to be overworked with no recognition or compensation for the extra effort. Contemptuous Upper Management: Upper management clearly demonstrates contempt for employees. They show no interest in learning the intricacies of the teams' work and make no effort to understand or support the challenges faced by the staff. Outdated ITSM Tool: The company insists on using an outdated ITSM tool developed in-house, which is not fit for purpose. This tool is cumbersome and inefficient, significantly hampering productivity and increasing frustration. Poor Phone System: The phone system is the worst I have ever encountered. It is unreliable, prone to frequent issues, and adds unnecessary stress to an already challenging job. Ignoring ITIL Processes: There is no indication that the company wants to adhere to or utilize ITIL processes. This lack of standardization leads to chaos and inefficiencies in handling IT services and support. False Promises: The management is full of fake promises. Despite assurances of improvements and changes, nothing ever materializes, leaving employees feeling deceived and disillusioned.
