      Management is terrible always changing , you have to be in a clique if you want to be talked to nicely, so much drama all the time, terrible pay, they do not train you enough, the list goes on and on

      Remote work, then they took it away and made it hybrid

      Inconvénients

      The customers are absolutely terrible, supervisors never want to take calls.
