Low pay, HR is horrible, constantly changing rules

This review is a little puzzling because our Marketing Manager position is a new role for the company, and we've only had one individual in the role who is happily employed.

Owned by private equity. Too many acquisitions and too much turnover. Huge pay disparity. Some “Managers” and “Senior Managers” only have a couple of years experience. Probably promoting to prevent employee terminations.
