Avantages
The sales payplan is really good, but does not make up for all of the daily browbeating handed from up above. The customers are the best part of working here, RV sales is a Good Industry, but working for Blue Dog is terrible.
Inconvénients
The entire organization is a mess, the owners could care less about their employees and do nothing to keep the good ones. The turnover ratio in every department has to be at least 50-60% annually. The bad employees are made managers and run off the good ones. Over my 4 1/2 years I watched while they grew more and more stores and with every new store opened figured out a way to pay the same job titles less money. The fnance department alone pays less than half of the entire industry.
