I have worked as a Tech Expert and as a trainer, both are equally respected by each and every one of them. The best part is nobody here is superior. Everyone has an opportunity to say things and it is valued. We are connected globally, life and work culture are equally balanced. It's a great opportunity for WFH. I have gained knowledge and you get a lot of opportunities. Co-workers are great. Every talent is noticed and appreciated. Regular communication happens and they do listen to and consider new ideas, and continually encouraging growth. We are assets to BP. It creates a pathway for a successful career. Timings are very flexible. It's a good and fast-growing company. The company culture is very good and the work we do gives us satisfaction.
