Avantages
Not much pros so will list what I experienced. Company has heavily siloed leadership or organizational silos. Departments or leaders work in a vacuum, focusing only on their specific tasks or team, rather than collaborating across the organization to achieve broader business goals. Will purposefully gate keep work and do everything to exclude non insiders.
Inconvénients
Emphasis on short-termism or reactionary leadership. This involves focusing on immediate needs or short-term gains, often at the expense of long-term stability or sustainability. Immature leaders quickly expand the team during good times and lay off workers when business slows due to poor decisions, it can also reflect poor strategic planning or mismanagement. In extreme cases, it may indicate a hire-and-fire culture, which can be damaging to company morale and reputation.
