      Lead generation is not a fun job no matter how you wrap it up

      Avantages

      Good & friendly team, lots of prizes to be won for good sales and hard work (food outings at the pub, iPad's etc)

      Inconvénients

      Very strict and not much freedom when it comes to break times (have to be there exactly on time or you get punished), no phones until it's break time and etc.

As a fast paced company we do work hard during work hours, but like to ensure this is rewarded with many benefits and incentives.
