Friendly staff right the way through Exceptional training on and off the phones Realistic targets Good insentives Good commission structure that is achievable Really good office environment Well spread out breaks Good opportunity to progress Probably one of the best call centres you will find! I had to leave at short notice due to a family emergency back home! Let them know only via text and forgot to ever actually ring and not one person hassled me therefore understanding at a hard time! If this hadn't of happened I probably would have been happy here for a while!
Inconvénients
It's cold calling so the jobs never going to be fun or easy but the management realise and appreciate this!
