      Inconvénients

      Working for a small company can be difficult for people who have never worked in that environment. Individuals who don't work well under pressure may not like the enviornment.

      Avantages

      Opportunity Autonomy Trust Support and Guidance Where you might need it but without the counterproductive micromanagement

      Inconvénients

      Start up environment not as stable. Pay was probably decent for the time and experience, but in hind sight a little low. Closed doors in 2018, but product acquired.
