Amazing place, atmosphere. Awesome employee discount, last i heard it was at 50% during pandemic and then it went back to 25%. Sam the owner is an amazing human being and loves food and connects with people who share the same passion. Great pay & benefits and growth and promotion. You just gotta invest yourself in it if you want to be successful with that company.

Some staff workers are just there to collect their check , so do not expect everyone to care as much as you do if you do decide to invest yourself with this company, Some workers will also be somewhat jelous if you promote. Also a lot staff workers love drama and have relationships within themselves which then affects work. Be aware of that.

Front of house staff are very nice. they definitely deserve more pay and grace. Owner Sam and Partner Kevin are kind and seem genuine.

CEO micromanages and admin staff are disconnected from their FOH employees. Loud voices and men are favored for promotions. Their HR staff don't know the basics and lack the knowledge to conduct proper workplace investigations. Definitely a lot of bias going on there. Leadership needs more diversity.
