Horrible management that bullies employees, terrible benefits package, an HR department that protects employees that should be fired, no room for advancement, low company morale , CEO is more focused on making money than the welfare of the employees, constant complaints from providers/members about the company's phone system and customer service. Slow to hire and has a high turn over rate. How much worse can a company get?
