      Good stable work place that offers plenty of experience

      Inconvénients

      Lot of red tape and bureaucratic hurdles to go through for even the simplest of approvals. Open floor concept but people still work in silos

      Avantages

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
