      Company got bought out and it’s going down hill, getting rid of people left and right and then forcing other employees to work 65+ hours a week mandated in certain departments

      Avantages

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
