      BehaviorSpan is one of the best companies I have ever worked for and it is a place that cares for its employees. I have witnessed firsthand the company work with its employees on an individual basis, showing flexibility and a desire to help each person become the best version of themselves. The BehaviorSpan team provides excellent services to its clients and strives to help each family as much as possible. BehaviorSpan is place where I feel appreciated and know that I am learning new skills on a daily basis. The company provides competitive pay and extensive clinical support.

      RBTs seem genuine and wanting to do good work

      Inconvénients

      Poor leadership, absent management, no accountability for BCBAs or any roles above that. Disgusting centers that are never professionally cleaned. No support in-home. Lower than average pay.
