The company is market-leading and is at the forefront of tech, the customer base is also very exciting.
Staff aren't micromanaged, work-life balance is spot on.

Inconvénients
Commission can be hit and miss - the company smashes targets year-on-year but this isn't shown as expected in the commission.
Being a small company still there are staff who are working in multiple roles, from a new starter's perspective it can be confusing to identify who does what and what job roles belong to who.
Would like to see more salary sacrifice schemes.
Being a small company career path is limited, however I expect if the company continues on its upwards path more roles will open up that staff can progress towards.
