Avantages
in the current state of the company (stock below 1$), no reason to stay here at all. It used to be a great place couple of years ago, and still might be in some pockets within PS, but on the whole, this firms never been in a worse situation. Only reason to work might be relative work-life balance if you get into PS and get staffed on a long-term maintanance gig with no pressures. The attempts at improving training through the Yale program etc might be a lure to some.
Inconvénients
No real consulting per-se, more of tier-2/3 fed body shopper. No consistent promotion guidelines cause some to get promoted whilst others rot, bad pay/bonuses. Senior Management are at time totally incompetent (senior managers who cannot write a proposal if their life depended on it), while at other times are so hard drivers that you get burnt out and told "you are not meant to be manager" if you want some work life balance.
